Juan and urban air design are fantastic to do business with. You get the feeling when they are there that they are honest and treat you as they would their family. The work is honest and fairly priced. They keep their promises, work hard to make sure you understand, and give you the information needed to make good decisions regarding your hvac. My regular a/c guy was out of town when our unit broke down and referred us to Juan. He answered immediately though actively engaged with his kids on a Sunday afternoon. He walked me through some preliminary diagnosis on the phone and determined that a house call was needed. Although out of his typical work area, he agreed to come out the next morning first thing. Within 20 minutes, he found the problem and had corrected a potential issue on the outside unit and checked everything thoroughly to make sure we would make it through the rest of the summer.

I was referred by a different AC company to contact Urban Air Design Heating and Air Conditioning to service my Gree mini-split unit that had stopped heating and cooling. I reached out around 2pm and was told Juan would be able to provide same day service, which was extremely convenient. Juan was highly professional and provided top of the line service. He was patient and understanding with all the questions I had. In the future, I will be contacting Juan if any and all other issues arise. I will refer this company to my family members, friends, or anyone needing their units serviced or diagnosed. All around outstanding service and reasonably priced.
