Five stars is not enough for Poolwerks, best pool company I've ever worked with. They were quickly responsive the two times I had to call them out, courteous, patient with explaining things, fair priced (did not charge me for the time they had to leave the house and come back with the parts they needed, other companies have charged my neighbor for that)
Initially came out within two days of my phone call, all worked fine, something different went wrong, they came out the next day to get us up and running for the summer as quickly as they could.
They sent me a text message when they were on their way, so there was no waiting around the house for them.
I would highly recommend Poolwerks and will use only them in the future for my pool needs!

I contacted Casey at Poolwerx in Denver to see if he could replace a couple Leaky pump shaft seals on my 30 year old Marques Hot tub. He came over and did the job and we noticed a Leaky gate valve and Leaky union. He cut the gate valve out and re fit and put in a new union. He didn't invoice me until I Filled up the tub and made sure there were no leaks. Everything works fine Motors are humming along and everything is dry.
I would recommend calling Casey at Poolwerx, I will use again if needed in the future.

I had issue finding someone to help with my new pool. I'm no expert in the industry and trying to educate myself on Google can only do so much. Casey came out within 24 hours when my pool turned green because of the rain. Not only did he educate me on how to maintain it but also made it crystal clear blue again within 2 days!!

Super impressed by his customer service and will only use him from now on!!
