Overall my wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the bathroom remodel and how it turned out. The sub-contractors were knowledgeable, provided solid guidance when needed and were friendly and polite. Communication could be better regarding change orders, updates to the budget and implications of design decisions. Timeline was originally one month and took two months to complete. With that being said, Brian was very flexible and cooperative and the price was significantly better than the 2 other quotes we got. Will definitely work him again on the next project!

We have not started our project yet, but Brian came out and was on time and very professional and you could tell he has been doing this for a very long time. Right off the bat he had great ideas and was super knowledgeable. He said he would get us a quote in a few days and he delivered. We had three other companies come by for a bid and only Premier was able to get us a bid. So of course once we decide to pull the trigger on the complete kitchen remodel we will be using them. Hands down.

My master bath was completely gutted, guest bath was redone and kitchen countertops and backsplash replaced. The quality of the work was superb and we are thrilled with the results. Our bathroom feels like a resort! Brian was very responsive with all requests and followed the project diligently. I suggested to Brian that he be more communicative about change order costs as the project was drawing to an end. However, I would definitely use Premier again.
