Jared and Jeff are top notch! I purchased a new furnace five months ago. I met with four heating and cooling companies and chose Premier for several reasons. 1) I liked that they were not a large operation. I can call anytime and get either Jared or Jeff and I know that I am not paying inflated prices for large overhead. 2) They have great character. I felt comfortable with both Jeff and Jared. Down to earth. 3) Competitive pricing 4) I wasn't over sold. Jared could have sold me a much more expensive unit but he explained all options and gave me his honest opinion on what would work best for my home. He was also very patient with answering all of my questions. And I had a lot. 5) They take care of you. I had an issue with getting the furnace filter in and they came right over to fix the issue. No questions asked.

Wow, Premier Mechanical saved us over $3,000, unlike the competition. We were told we needed a new furnace (by another company), which would have cost thousands; however, Jared from Premier evaluated our furnace and determined it simply needed to be repaired for a cost that was about a tenth of what a new furnace would have cost! I had a 30-year old furnace that's failing as the winter cold temperatures set in. Contacted premier mechanical and Jared promptly returned my voice message. It was such a pleasure talking with him and the way he responded was courteous, sharp, and to the point. He was able to get me a quote for different options quickly after I texted over the information even in the late evening hours, and the price was reasonable. I got a new furnace installed and running the next day. Jared is particularly communicative and knowledgeable. Throughout the entire process it's been an ABSOLUTE pleasure working them!
