Construction can be chaotic… but NOT with Tajo One! It is always such a pleasure to work with them. Andy and Nikki are innovative in creating designs that please the customer and stand the test of time. Each worker is an artist in his own right. Attention to detail is outstanding! Just opening our front door will spark a reaction of "oh I love your kitchen!" This is a dream team. We cannot say enough good things about them and their work. We highly recommend them.

I am actually a little emotional writing this review for Tajo-One and am excited to share my experiences about our remodel in 2023. We purchased a Lennar home in 2013 and while it is big and in an amazing neighborhood, it was still a builder grade house and never truly felt like our home. We decided it was time to customize and contracted with Tajo-One after meeting with several other contractors. Right away we knew that Andy was different, specifically because he listened to us, communicated frequently and triple confirmed the details before starting any work. This was a down to the studs project and we contracted for 4000 of our 5000 square feet.

On day one of "demo day" we were very nervous because we had not met the crew yet. We know that they would be at our home daily for about five months all day every day and it was critical that they were respectful and reliable as we had heard horror stories from friends about how contractors would start off strong and then disappear for weeks at a time. This was not the case with Tajo-One and his crew, led by foreman Jessie, were true professionals and showed up every day at 6:30 as agreed upon and worked full days. They keep the site clean, were respectful of us when we were here and offered true craftsmanship.

About a month into the project we found our my husband was going to require open heart surgery and we scheduled it at the Mayo Clinic in MN. This was stressful in an of itself, but to think about having to leave for two months during the remodel took that stress to a new level. Immediately I called a meeting with Andy and he and his wife Nikki sat down with us and reassured us that they would communicate with us through BuilderTrend, calls and FaceTime so we could see that everything was going as planned. This is exactly how it played out and we were gone for nine weeks, and Andy and his crew treated our home like it was their own.

Flash forward to two months post completion of the remodel and we are beyond appreciative that our home turned out better than expected, deadlines met and on budge. We have two rooms left to do and some decorative work and will be calling Tajo-One for those projects.

So happy with our tub-shower conversion. Everyone who see's it LOVES it. Andy and Nikki listened and captured my "thoughts" perfectly. Workmen were very careful and cleaned up each day. Joe's the BEST tile person!! Thank you Tajo One for making my visions come true.
