Quick, Reliable, and Stress-Free Shipping!
I stopped by Box Brothers last week to send out a few packages, and I was blown away by how easy they made the process. The staff was knowledgeable and super efficient, helping me figure out the best shipping option for my budget and timeline.
They even offered to pack my items for me, and the care they put into wrapping everything was impressive—I felt confident my packages would arrive safely.
The whole experience was seamless, and I appreciated their transparent pricing and fast service. If you’re looking for a shipping store that knows what they’re doing and treats their customers well, I highly recommend this one.

Very Happy with my experience because of the exceptional customer service. Kaleb helped me, I had a large deconstructed wooden planter and a 40lb Kitchen Aid mixer to ship to Portland. All in all about 100lb of awkward odds and ends to ship from LA to Portland Oregon.
These were not easy items to box and ship but somehow Kaleb made this whole ordeal a positive experience. He was kind, patient and took so much care in solving helping me solve shipping these awkward items.
I don't experience exceptional customer service often in such a busy large city as LA so I think it's important to give credit to those who do their jobs well and genuinely create value for others. Extremely happy with my experience here largely in part to Kaleb's attitude and great work ethic.

I would say Billion Things that I Love about Box Brothers Let’s just start by saying I’m doing business for a very long time and I got to say that they amazing on prices and awesome about paki g items to be mailed the most honest people and owner on prices and most definitely treat you like your one of kind right along with your packages and much much more . If you want a great place you can trust and goes the extra mile keeping everything safe and secure
