We were left with unfinished work and failed inspections by the previous contractor in a project to finish our garage and add a room above it. Hiring Custom Concept Homes to complete the project was the best decision we ever made!
A huge shout out to Oleg who came in on the heels of unfinished work and delivered the project in its entirety in a calm and timely manner while meeting every deadline as specified in the contract. His subs (flooring, finish carpentry, and painting) were skilled and delivered work to spec and on time. The rest of the work was done by his own team who were equally skillful. Every member of the crew was knowledgeable, respectful, conscientious and courteous.
Oleg's methodical, highly organized, detail oriented, thoughtful, and respectful approach was extremely satisfying and helpful for us to see this to the end. His ability to listen to our needs, respond with prompt and timely communication, and deliver with precision and timeliness was refreshing and a far cry from our previous experience. We were always apprised of every step in the project with plans and schedules.
He took care of all the communication between our architect and the city's permit inspectors. There were some code failures by the previous contractor that needed to be fixed, Oleg talked to the city building department and the architect and fixed the problems.
