Luca is fantastic to work with. He is great regarding checking on his crew's progress and the work they have done for us is excellent. Our siding that he did really updated the look of the house. Our neighbors have all given their compliments. The bath room shower that was retiled is exquisite. One of the tile men gave us some advice on tiling which we really appreciated. Luca's crew also did repair on an outside door frame that had some water damage. How they repair it I can see how it will never be a problem again. He is very reliable and gets the job done in a very reasonable time. I would definitely recommend this man and his crew for any job you need to have done.

This post is to introduce Luca, owner of Gorman - Built Construction. I've been impressed with Luca and his crews. Luca strives to assign crews to a particular job based on their area of expertise.
When we approached Luca about replacing the siding on our house, I indicated that I wanted something that was nice and unique. He offered some options and completed the siding job. Multiple neighbors have complimented the noticeable change on the exterior of our house. Another job was remodeling one of our bathrooms, which included removal of the old plumbing and tub and placement of a new American standard soaking tub, replace me the plumbing, and tiling.
We have been extremely happy with the workmanship from Luca's crews. I do not have access to pictures, but my wife also made a post which includes pictures of the siding and the bathroom. We would both utilize Luca for remodeling or Construction.
