Chris at GSW Pumping is the best! I needed to get my septic system serviced and did a Google search. I filled out a form for local companies. It was after 10pm on a Friday night. When I hit the enter button to start the search I was thinking I wouldn't get any responses until the following day. Less than 10 minutes later my phone rang and Chris was asking what my problems were and what he could do to help me. We talked about access to the area, if the tank was opened, size of tank, schedule. The more we talked the more I liked him! After a few minutes I told him I wanted him to do the job for me. I told him I would have my grandson dig up the tank lids on Saturday and have everything ready for him the following day. Chris told me he could do the digging for me if my grandson couldn't be here, but of coursse there would be an additional fee for that work. Chris called me Sunday and said he could be at my place about 6:20pm, and he was. What a pleasant and respectful young man. He is a one man operation with new equipment and very knowledgeable about his job. I will gladly recommend him to anyone that needs septic pumping or cleaning.
