Cannot say enough good things about the service, care and skill of the Water Heater Guyz owner and assistant. They were able to tackle a replacement of our working gas water heater with a tankless model that has some of the best reviews of any such units. Ty and his assistant also have very pleasant personalities, which made the entire process a really good experience. Work was done quickly, but carefully and the unit was up and running in no time. In addition, the cost was lower than other highly recommended companies I found online or when personally contacting Home Depot and Lowe's, both of which were much more expensive. We are so happy we chose the Water Heater Guyz to handle the job.

When my hot water heater died I called Tai at The Water Heater Guys on a Saturday. It was a holiday weekend and I wasn’t expecting him to come out until Tuesday at the earliest. Tai came out the very next day on a Sunday and replaced my hot water heater that I supplied. He didn’t charge anything extra for coming out on a Sunday, and the install price was very reasonable. They got the work done in about 90 minutes and the install looked very clean. He even hauled the water heater away. Very communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this company enough!
