Gordon electric was amazing and the work was completed on time. Explained everything they were planning on doing and if I agreed then they would start or if I wanted something different they would work with me on how to do it. I can’t stress how amazing the work is and how you should trust them to do the job right.

Curtis came out to our recently purchased home that was built in 1958 and had quite a few electrical concerns. From the start, he was friendly, respectful, and extremely professional. He took the time to walk me through every issue, explaining things in a way that made perfect sense even though I’m not an electrical expert.

Curtis completed everything we asked for and charged a very fair price compared to others I had spoken with. He never tried to upsell or nickel-and-dime me, and even threw in a few smaller fixes for free which I thought was really classy.

One thing that really stood out to me is that Curtis clearly takes pride in his work, but doesn’t have an ego about it. He genuinely cares about doing the job right because he knows his work represents him and his business.

He came out on multiple days, and one day brought a few members of his crew who were also professional and courteous. The work was done thoroughly, including tracking down and correcting a major concern that took some time to identify.

Overall, Curtis went above and beyond. I’m extremely impressed with his honesty, skill, and communication. I’ll definitely be calling him again for future work and recommending him to friends and family.
