Chen and his team did a top quality job on our hallway bathroom remodel. The original bathroom was circa 1978 and he had to rip out a hallway closet to expand shower area. We interviewed three companies and chose Chen because we immediately saw his interest in our project, his easy going personality, and clear communication style. We did our due diligence by also looking at another job he had completed before making our decision. What stands out to us is his consistent communication. Almost everyday we received communication about what was being done. He stuck to his exact timeline. After the job was “completed” we had a few small items like changing setting on lights that we couldn’t do without an electrician, adding additional grout to a section of baseboards, and changing out the transition between bath and hallway floor. His people were friendly and hard working. I would absolutely not hesitate to use him again. I wish I could get started on another project right away.

We hired Chen and his team for renovating a older home we purchased. We got new interior paint including trims, a new fireplace, and got our hardwood refinished and new carpet. Their work was exceptional in all areas. The bright new paint was done flawlessly ensuring clean lines and professional finish throughout the home. The paint of staircase was the highlight. The installation of new fireplace transformed living space into modern, cozy and inviting area. The team took great care into sanding, staining and sealing the flooring resulting in beautiful and durable finish. Chen is easy to work with and also guided us on every step on the project including color selection for paint, new carpet, hardwood stain. They also executed job on time and within the original agreed upon budget.
