Queen City Heating & Cooling went above and beyond. Jerry came out and evaluated our situation and with very little pressure, suggested it might be time to replace our system. He explained why, and made it easy to understand. He was able to fit us in during the hottest time of the year. His crew was promptly on time and so personable. They explained the process for the day and got to work. We had an issue with some water leaking into our duct work. Instead of everything coming to an abrupt stop, Jerry and his crew called around and got the ducting that we needed and replaced it. He was able to give me a very fair quote right on the spot, again no pressure, but explained what could happen if we don't dry it out. This added some time to their already full day, but everyone still had a smile on their face. I can't thank Jerry and his crew enough for taking such good care of us. They left our garage cleaner than it was to start. We have been enjoying our new AC unit and are amazed at how cool our house gets now. We will be lifelong customers of Queen City Heating & Cooling.

Excellent customer service, solid pricing, and quality work. It’s hard to find this blend with all the franchises in Seattle. I hired them to fix my Mitsubishi mini split AC and heat pump. They found there was a refrigerant leak, fixed it, and then scheduled to check in 3-months later to ensure there was no loss in pressure. They indeed came back out and verified their original work fixed the root cause.
