Nothing beats the luxury, comfort, and convenience of hot water on demand; except for cold showers in Florida's heat and humidity! We had the pleasure of utilizing "Da Drain Fellas"/Rob's expertise in replacing our 15 year old NG water heater. It served us faithfully, until sediment and rust caused it to spring a leak. Fortunately for us, the water tank is located in the garage.

Reviewing our subdivision's FB page re: vendors/installers of plumbing/drain related issues and repairs, Rob's positive reviews stood out. Contacting him immediately, he volunteered to come out that evening to investigate and determine if the leak could be repaired temporarily, allowing normalcy for cleaning, showering, etc. We declined due to the lateness, but we discussed the options available - temporary fix, replace tank, or migrate from tank to tank-less.

Reviewing these options, we decided to go with a tank, and the necessary code upgrades - water tank pan, and expansion tank.

He gave us a quote; which included the cost of the replacement tank and code upgrades. We asked if a mfg rebate was available from his supplier, but he wasn't aware of one.

We then did our due diligence shopping for a tank at both Home Depot and Lowes. We found the most appropriate tank from Home Depot with a mfg rebate and military discount. Informing Rob of the details, he volunteered to pick up all items; water heater, water heater pan, and expansion tank; delivery, and installation at no additional cost!

Within 48 hours of our leak and conversation, we found ourselves with a professionally installed water heater updated to Residential codes, which passed inspection by the City of Tampa! We were impressed, and delighted with the delivery, installation, and outcome of our interaction with "Da Drain Fellas" and Robert Gritz! We will not hesitate to use their service again for future residential water, plumbing, and drain issues.

As he is a "one man show", I believe that Rob performs all the work at all his jobs, and takes pride in his work!!!

Rob was fantastic. He helped me set up my water softener, got it done with in an hour. Nothing like having the owner show up to do an install. He represents his company in a professional manner. I would recommend him 100%.

The absolute best!!! So grateful to have finally found an amazing plumber. Rob explained everything and was very thorough. Will definitely be using them again.
